Our Embrace package has all the essentials for an intimate funeral service. This package includes our in-house chapel, coffin, flowers, music & memorial cards. Ideal for small groups, up to 20 people.

Please note that external costs may apply if your circumstances require them. These costs are set by cemeteries, doctors or third-parties. Other costs apply for optional extras requested outside of the package inclusions.
Cemetery & Burial Fees (set by cemetery): Digging, interment & cemetery charges separate
Doctors/Medical Certificate ($395): Required for in-home or nursing home occurrences
Oversized Coffin (P.O.A): May be required for persons over 6ft+ or 100kg+
Transfers 60km+ from CBD ($190+): Accounts for distance from Adelaide CBD and additional staffing required
Weekend fees ($1,150): For our staff to attend on a weekend. This is separate to any additional weekend fee charged by external venues
Additional private viewing ($295/hr): Applies to additional viewings requested beyond the included first hour
Temporary grave marker ($295): Identification of your loved one’s burial plot until the headstone is placed
Professional live streaming (P.O.A): Live streaming is available by an external videographer, which we can arrange
Extra catering or platters (P.O.A): Applies for additional catering requested beyond the included standard lounge catering

Yes. A private family viewing of up to one hour is included in the Embrace Funeral Package, including the option to arrange the viewing after hours if you’d prefer. If your family would like additional viewing time, this can also be arranged.

The Embrace Funeral Package is designed for smaller, more intimate services in our own chapel and lounge. If you’re expecting a larger number of family and friends, our Classic Funeral Package or Reflections Funeral Package may be better suited to your needs.

No, there's nothing to pay upfront (not even a deposit). We won't ask for payment until after the service has taken place, so in these first difficult days, you can simply focus on your family.

Absolutely. Your family can personalise the service with your choice of music, photographs, floral colours, readings, tributes and other meaningful touches.
The package already includes a photo tribute, three songs of your choice, flowers and memorial keepsakes, with further options available if you would like them.

Our burial package price includes our funeral services and the burial authority for your chosen cemetery. However, cemetery fees, digging, interment and other cemetery charges are set separately by the cemetery and are not included in our package price as these depend on your specific choices. Our team will guide you through these costs during the arrangement so you’ll always know what to expect.

Most families will only need what is already included in the package. However, some additional costs may apply depending on your circumstances or the options you choose. These are outlined clearly in the Important Information & Other Options section above, and we will always explain any additional cost before you proceed.

Typically, ashes are ready for collection within 5 business days.
Depending on your preference or location, you're welcome to collect the ashes from Embrace Funerals directly, or from Enfield Memorial Park (where the cremation takes place) - whichever is easier for you.A standard cemetery urn will be included as part of the cremation. If you'd like something more personal, we have a wide range of urns available to purchase however this is not required - just an option, if it feels right for you.
