External Locations: External lounge or function rooms for wakes may incur extra costs not covered by this package depending on the location chosen by the family. (P.O.A)
Oversized Coffins: Custom options available for those over 6ft or 100+kgs. Additional costs apply
Private Viewings: Initial viewing included, additional viewings may incur a fee
Weekend fees ($1,150): For our staff to attend on a weekend. This is separate to any additional weekend fee charged by external venues
Burial Costs: Cemetery, burial and digging expenses not included. If burial is chosen instead of cremation, this includes “dual locations” and extra staff required for graveside - in lieu of cremation costs have been considered in the package inclusions
Professional Livestream Service: Livestreaming by an external videographer is available upon request (costs apply)
Extra Catering: Additional catering options available upon request (P.O.A)
Transfers: Transfers outside 60kms CBD Adelaide available (from $190)
Medical Certificates: Fees may apply for in-home or nursing home occurrences ($395)
Grave Marker: Temporary marker for identification of your loved one’s burial plot until headstone is placed ($295)

Yes. A private family viewing of up to one hour is included in the Classic Funeral Package, including the option to arrange the viewing after hours if you’d prefer. If your family would like additional viewing time, this can also be arranged.
Please note: After-hours viewings are only available at our in-house chapel.

Both packages include everything you need for a memorable, loving and personalised funeral service. The main difference is the size of the service and the level of premium inclusions available.
Our Classic Funeral Package is well suited to services of around 40–150 people and includes all the essential elements needed for a complete, personalised farewell.
Our Reflections Funeral Package is designed for larger services of around 100–500+ people and is our more premium option, with additional touches such as a premium coffin range and access to additional premium venue options.

No, there's nothing to pay upfront (not even a deposit). We won't ask for payment until after the service has taken place, so in these first difficult days, you can simply focus on your family.

Absolutely. Your family can personalise the service with your choice of music, photographs, floral colours, readings, tributes and other meaningful touches.
The package already includes a photo tribute video, songs of your choice, flowers and memorial keepsakes, with further options available if you would like them.

Our burial package price includes our funeral services and the burial authority for your chosen cemetery. However, cemetery fees, digging, interment and other cemetery charges are set separately by the cemetery and are not included in our package price as these depend on your specific choices. Our team will guide you through these costs during the arrangement so you’ll always know what to expect.

Most families will only need what is already included in the package. However, some additional costs may apply depending on your circumstances or the options you choose. These are outlined clearly in the Important Information & Other Options section above, and we will always explain any additional cost before you proceed.

Typically, ashes are ready for collection within 5 business days.
Depending on your preference or location, you're welcome to collect the ashes from Embrace Funerals directly, or from Enfield Memorial Park (where the cremation takes place) - whichever is easier for you.A standard cemetery urn will be included as part of the cremation. If you'd like something more personal, we have a wide range of urns available to purchase however this is not required - just an option, if it feels right for you.
