No. Choose only what you're sure about and leave the rest. We'll go through anything undecided with you when we speak, and nothing is arranged until you're comfortable.

No, there's nothing to pay upfront (not even a deposit). We won't ask for payment until after the cremation has taken place, so in these first difficult days, you can simply focus on your family.

This is not a final quote, but it’s a very close estimate to help you understand the rough price, based on your choices. Once we've spoken, we’ll confirm every detail and the full cost with you before anything goes ahead.

Yes. Your choices can always be adjusted when we meet to arrange the funeral, and as plans take shape.
