Our private Family Gathering Package is a meaningful option for those who desire a farewell that falls between a traditional funeral and a simple cremation without any formalities. Gather with family and friends to say goodbye in a personal, intimate setting. A heartfelt opportunity for closure & remembrance.

  • Intimate Setting: One-hour private gathering in our chapel and comfortable lounge for $865, accommodating up to 20 family and friends.

  • Exceptional Catering: Enjoy our in-house catering service for refreshments during the gathering.

  • AV Equipment: Use of our AV and screen equipment for personalized music or video presentations.

  • Facility Usage: Access to all our facilities for your convenience.

  • Silk Flowers: Beautiful silk flowers provided for the coffin.

Terms, Conditions & Considerations:

  • Formal Last Rites: $250 Formal 20 minute farewell ceremony inclusion of your loved one’s ‘Last Rites’ for the committal by our experienced celebrant host.

  • Extra Attendees: $195 per 10 extra people.For private gatherings exceeding 20 invited attendees in our chapel. ( the Gathering Package includes upto 20 people ).

  • Professional Video Presentation: $225 Our videos for photo tributes are a beautiful addition to your for your guests to enjoy the memories you want to share.
    We add your favourite songs and upto 40 photos. ( *more photos may be added )

  • Memorial Cards: $2 each, plus $50 set up print cost. A lasting keepsake memory of your loved one to take home after your gathering and farewell.
    We create these to your loved one’s character and use high-quality grade cards/printing.

  • Transfer Surcharge: Outside the 60km radius CBD Adelaide transfers only: may incur a fee for distance/time required. (each location is calculated per need basis).

  • Doctor's Fee: Doctor’s fee may apply for in-home or nursing home occurrences.
